All goods will be dispatched from our premises and delivered to you by courier.
Goods will usually arrive within 1-3 days of dispatch.

At present our website doesn't currently weigh orders, but you can estimate it based on items and quantities ordered, and we will advise of any variations. We only charge cost price for our courier charges - these are the prices that we are charged by our courier company. We will refund you if you have selected a courier charge that was over the weight of the parcel, and will advise you if what you have selected is not sufficient.
If you require your order to be delivered to a rural address, please add 'Rural Delivery' as a 'product' when placing your order as rural delivery costs us $4.75 extra to send out. Deliveries to rural addresses will usually take 1 to 2 days longer than standard deliveries, but be assured your goodies will be on their way.
Good damaged in transit will be replaced at our cost, provided the customer returns the complete damaged product to Rich Nutrients within 14 days of purchase. The cost of returning the goods (by courier or fast post within New Zealand) will be refunded or compensated.

Proof of purchase is required. Items will only be excepted if in original condition and within 14 days from the date of purchase. We can not except returns if you simply change your mind.
